Absolutely wonderful experience working with Ana. Neither of us are natural dancers, but Ana choreographed a perfect first dance for us - it felt natural, beautiful, and easy to remember! She did a fantastic job of making us feel totally comfortable, and was really open to working together to design a sequence that felt fun and like us. Ana was absolutely incredible! She helped us make our dream come true! We wanted a very different first dance, and even though we are not dancers she helped us get there! We highly recommend Bogdan at First Dance London! He was so kind, patient and encouraging throughout our lessons, and made our dance even better than we could have imagined.

Ana was absolutely amazing! Neither of us had any dance experience, but she taught us a beautiful 3-minute engagement dance in just 4 classes.

We,ve been taking dance lessons for 4 months with Bogdan to prepare us for our wedding and was always a pleasure and a treat! It was in fact the most relaxing part of our wedding prep and we couldn't be more grateful for his guidance and expertise. Truly a memorable experience. We came in not knowing even what song we want to dance on, but he offered us plenty of choices and eventually decided to go with a version of Perfect by Ed Sheran and Boccelli. My fiance and I worked with Ana for 2-3 months in 2024 on our first dance for our wedding.
Ana was absolutely outstanding - firstly she is very personable and warm, which made us feel completely at ease as complete beginners. Secondly, she is an amazing dance teacher and her years of experience were evident - she knew exactly how to get the best from us.
Ana built a fantastic tailored dance to our chosen song, and adapted the pace of each lesson to match our individual practices. These took place in a purpose-built dance hall which was the perfect setting.
I would recommend Ana over and over to anyone thinking of dance lessons, she gave us the confidence and technical ability for our first dance which subsequently became one of my favourite memories from my day!

FDL was amazing! They molded our loose concepts and ideas into a real 3 minute dance to “I Melt With You” by Modern English very nicely. Neither of us was a good dancer at the outset, but by the end of it we were rolling in compliments, and it really added a ton to our reception and the video we had made. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Bogdan is an amazing teacher! He came up with great choreography for our dance and helped us to perfect it in just five lessons (we didn’t know how to dance before). The dance went flawlessly and we got a lot of compliments from our guests. The lessons were fun and Bogdan was very supportive, we highly recommend taking fee classes to really feel good on your special day!

A massive thank you to Anna for helping us devise and nail a routine for our wedding day! She was super friendly, flexible with arranging sessions and extremely patient with two non-dancers, creating the perfect safe space for learning. We had a slightly unusual first dance song and she went above and beyond to choreograph a routine that worked perfectly. Having never danced before, we came to Anna around 18 months before our wedding date with a slightly unusual first dance song. Her enthusiasm and patience over the course of 5 lessons meant we were able to perform our first dance with absolute confidence, to a crowd of very shocked guests! It was genuinely one of the best moments of our wedding (and quite possibly our lives). We are so grateful to Anna for all her hard work and so pleased we managed to do her choreography justice! First dances can often be quite awkward if not prepared in advance, so if you want to avoid this (and are prepared to do some practice), I highly recommend Anna to help you put on a show! Ana designed a meticulous yet beautiful choreography for our first dance which entirely represented us and ended up being so loved and cheered by our wedding guests! Learning our first dance with Ana was the best part of our wedding preparations, as we honestly had so much fun during each of our lessons! As first time dancers, Ana helped us build confidence while dancing and was incredibly supportive and patient all the way with every step that we learned. We had the extraordinary pleasure of working with Ana as our dance instructor, and I can wholeheartedly say that she was nothing short of the best of the best. Our wedding planning was, as many can relate, filled with its fair share of stress and challenges. In the midst of all the preparations, learning a dance that combined completely different styles of music felt like an almost impossible task. But Ana made what seemed daunting not only manageable but also an absolute joy.
We started two months before our big day with no prior experience in dancing. Yet, Ana embraced this with incredible patience and dedication, carefully crafting a choreography that was uniquely ours. We chose the music, and she brought it all to life. Despite the complexity of mixing different styles and rhythms, Ana guided us through every step with such ease that we actually started to believe we could do it. What seemed overwhelming became one of the highlights of our wedding preparation.
Ana’s support went far beyond just the dance. During those hectic and often stressful times leading up to the wedding, her lessons became a safe haven for us. No matter how overwhelmed we felt by everything else, the moments we spent with Ana were always fun, light-hearted, and filled with laughter. She created an environment where we could forget about the pressures and just enjoy each other’s company. Her positivity and calm energy were exactly what we needed, and we always left her lessons feeling uplifted.

Absolutely recommend! Both my husband and I were super anxious about the “first dance” part of our wedding, and knew we needed help (neither of us were born with rhythm!). We reached out to First Dance London and immediately received a response with available dates. After an initial free session, we decided to opt for the gold package. In 5 fun filled sessions, Anna was able to work her magic on us - turning us from amateurs to somewhat confident looking dancers! She even had the foresight to factor in the massive heavy skirt I would be wearing on the day, by practising in a similar skirt. These dance classes were one of the few parts of the wedding preparation process we enjoyed and looked forward to, a big part of that was how comfortable and collaborative Anna made the classes.
